The Neuron Carrier Experience API is supported by a dedicated team that assists with onboarding, troubleshooting, credential issues, and general API integration questions.

π οΈ Maintenance Windows
To ensure system stability, security, and performance, Neuron conducts both planned and unplanned maintenance activities. API availability may be temporarily affected during these periods.
ποΈ Planned Maintenance
Planned maintenance windows occur:
- Between 01:00 and 05:00 on Saturday and Sunday
- No more than once per month
- On a recurring schedule agreed with Neuron
Where possible, advance notification will be provided so you can plan your activities accordingly.
β οΈ Unplanned Maintenance
Unplanned maintenance may occur when urgent action is required to maintain system integrity or address critical issues.
These will:
- Occur outside core usage times
- Be limited to 01:00β05:00, Monday to Sunday
During these windows, access to the API may be restricted or temporarily unavailable.
π What to Expect During Maintenance
- API responses may be delayed or unavailable
- Authentication services may be temporarily restricted
- Users may experience intermittent connectivity
- Notifications (where possible) will be provided ahead of planned maintenance
These windows ensure the platform remains stable and secure with minimal impact to your workflows.
